From save-the-dates and heirloom invitation suites to the paper details of your wedding weekend, we create a cohesive collection that carries your guests through the celebration. Our process is equally intentional. We collaborate with local artists to curate hand-painted artwork, we source elegant typography and we recommend finishing details that give each piece its own sense of permanence. We create keepsake paper goods you will treasure long after your wedding day.

Our Process

  • 1. Inquire

    Once we receive your initial inquiry, we’ll follow up with our Wedding Stationery Guide full of insights, investment expectations and timeline recommendations. You'll received a link to an in-depth questionnaire asking for insight on your invitation preferences. Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want just yet. We will guide you through the options. We recommend starting the process 9+ months before your wedding day.

  • 2. Reserve your date

    Once we know more about your vision, we will present an investment estimate tailored specifically to your wedding based on the selections that are most important to you. Our minimum investment is $2,400 based on an average of 100 suites. In order to book your wedding on our calendar, a signed contract and a 50% deposit are required. The balance is due before anything is sent to print.

  • 3. Consult

    Our consultations are one of our favorite parts of the whole process. This is where we really get to know one another. We’ll talk about how you two met, how he proposed, what your wedding day dreams look like and we will go through all of the details of pretty paper. We'll pull together paper options, gorgeous ribbon, colored envelopes and wax seals. This truly is the MOST fun. These meetings typically last 2 hours because there are a lot of details involved.

  • 4. Design

    Design work begins 8 weeks before your mail date. The first 2 weeks are reserved for our design process during which we are refining creative ideas that complement your vision and budget expectations. The following 2 weeks are available for editing and refining details until we reach your final approval. 

    We require a full month for production, printing and assembly 

  • 5. Refine and approve

    You'll receive access to your client portal, a private space dedicated to keeping us organized. This is where all documentation, questionnaires, invoices and proofs related to all of your stationery will live. 

    We’ll work through revisions together until you approve every detail.

  • 6. Production

    After final approval and payment, your stationery moves into production. We require a full month for production, printing and assembly
