Return Policy

Each item sold by Inscribe is carefully curated. I intentionally select only items that I personally love and it is important to me that you love them too.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

To start your return request, email hello@inscribepaperstudio.com for authorization. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, please ship the item with tracking, to

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Personalized Items
For custom orders and items that are personalized, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted. If your item was printed incorrectly from the proof you approved, I will do my best to fix the situation. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
I do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
