Personalized Items
For items that have personalization, I will send a proof to the email address you provided at checkout within 48 hours. After your approval, I will proceed with printing. Your items will ship 5-7 days after proof approval.

All Other Items ship via USPS or UPS within 2 business days. If you need your order sooner, please email hello@inscribepaperstudio.com for rush printing and shipping rates.

Once a package leaves the shop, I am unable to control how it is handled by the shipping carrier. Should your order get lost or arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier before contacting Inscribe Paper Studio.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees. I highly recommend you ship with tracking.
