Recommended Quantity: The quantity you’ll need will depend on the napkin size and how they’ll be used throughout your event. As a general guide, we recommend:

• Cocktail Napkins: 3–4 per guest
• Luncheon Napkins: 1–2 per guest
• Dinner Napkins: 1 per guest, plus a few extras
• Guest Towels: 2–3 per guest, divided between restrooms

If your venue will also provide napkins, linens, or hand towels, a smaller quantity may be appropriate. We’re always happy to help determine the best quantity for your celebration.
